getting back to the garden

the title comes from words from the song Woodstock, but was intentionally referring to the 'garden' -Eden.
somehow getting back to basics.
Well today has been one of those days. My essays are still not finished and I have 65 people coming to support my Ordination ( and currently only 60 tickets). Apparently vicars who turn up in dog collars don't need tickets.
I spent a happy hour sorting out my vine. It produced 14 bottles of wine last year and it looks like it will do even better this year. At this stage it is stringing up and supporting the vine. I really do very little but the wonder of God's handiwork in nature does the rest. I potter around and it is really relaxing and enjoyable.
Thank you for allowing me to get back to our garden
