What do we mean by it. Tonight we were examining a orthodox pilgrim from the last century. Before that we have looked at English, American and Italian saints from previous centuries. we looked at what they had in common and would they have recognised each other as christian pilgrims?
I suspect they wouldn't.. but does it matter? How can we contemplate the full vision of God? Cant we only see a part of the vision and our brains not able to contemplate the whole?
Each brought something of the whole, perhaps we can piece them together to see more of the answer. we cant limit God. If not then all we can be is a searching pilgrim trying to be open to God
